The Food Systems Summit will bring together industry, government and international organisations to accelerate climate-resilient and sustainable solutions across the “Critical Middle” of food systems, including processing, packaging, logistics, cold chains and distribution. The Summit will focus on the policy, finance and partnerships needed to reduce food loss, strengthen resilience and move from recognition of the Critical Middle towards coordinated implementation and investment.

Panel 1 – “Enabling Policy, Finance and Solutions for the Critical Middle” (13:45–14:30)
Moderated by Tetra Pak, will explore how policy, finance and proven solutions can strengthen processing, packaging, logistics, cold chains and distribution, reducing food loss while improving resilience, affordability and market access.

Executive Roundtable – “From Recognition to Collective Action on the Critical Middle” (15:00–16:00)
Moderated by [TBC], will explore shared implementation priorities, partnerships and investable pathways for moving the Critical Middle of food systems from recognition towards coordinated action.
