Anders is the Head of Ecosystem Strategy and Projects, AstraZeneca in Sweden and is a member of the AstraZeneca Sweden LT. The ecosystem role has a focus on tomorrow's technology and science and to enable a thriving life science scene. Anders has held several project and line management roles in the global AZ R&D organization. After being based in Gaithersburg, Maryland in the USA for a few years, Gothenburg is now his home. In addition to his role within AstraZeneca, Anders is the chairman for the board of SwedenBio (the association for the life science industry in Sweden) and a member of the advisory board for RISE (the Research Institutes of Sweden). Anders has studied biology, chemistry and has a PhD in Biochemistry at Lund University, Sweden.

Janet has her academic background from Leiden University in the Netherlands (PhD in Biopharmaceutical Sciences), has done research at Univ. of Utah and Univ. of Iowa and has an EMBA from Hult International School in London. Her research has focused on transport mechanisms and drug properties from drug delivery and absorption to distribution to the brain. Janet has worked in R&D in AstraZeneca in Neuroscience and Pain.
Janet har started Biovation Park in Södertälje, and proceeded her career at Valneva Sweden in vaccine manufacturing, including establishing a large scale vaccine product manufacturing facility during the pandemic.
Currently as CEO of NorthX Biologics, a CDMO and infrastructure in manufacturing of advanced biologics, she strives to bring innovative therapies to patients.
Janet is a member of the Board of Mireca Medicines GmbH, Alzecure Pharma AB and APL AB, and is the industry chair of the working group of process development and manufacturing in SwedenBio.
