Business Delegation from Sweden to Nigeria

Team Sweden invites companies to be part of the Swedish Delegation to Nigeria taking place in Lagos, 20-22 October 2025.

As part of the programme, delegates will attend the 4th edition of the Nordic Nigeria Connect 2025 (NNC), a flagship Nordic-Nigerian business platform gathering 350 decision-makers from both the public and private sectors.

The Team Sweden delegation offers a unique opportunity to explore business opportunities, deepen partnerships with Nigerian and Nordic stakeholders in the private and public sectors, and gain market insights in one of Africa’s largest economies.

Taking place on Tuesday 21^st October 2025, NNC is themed “Forging Partnerships for Sustainable Impact” and is jointly organised by the Embassies of Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland in Nigeria. Building on the successes of 2019, 2021 and 2023. This year's event spotlights Nordic solutions that are shaping the future on Digital Transformation, Green Energy Transition, Sustainable Agriculture & Food Security and E-health & Wellbeing.

As a delegate, you will:

1. Explore business opportunities in Nigeria – one of Africa’s largest economies.
2. Attend exclusive networking events with Nordic and Nigerian stakeholders from both public and private sectors.
3. Participate in curated B2B meetings and/ or site visits tailored to your sector and interests* 
4. Position your company as a leader in sustainable innovation.

Participation in the delegation 

We invite you to express your interest in joining the Team Sweden delegation to Nigeria, October 2025, by completing the brief form below. You will thereafter be contacted by the Business Sweden Team. 

Registration is binding after written confirmation from Business Sweden. A separate agreement will be provided by Business Sweden including terms and conditions for participation.

What’s included:

• Full participation in the delegation programme, including local transportation and meals as outlined in the programme.

What’s not included:

• Flights, accommodation, and transfers/transportation outside the programme. 

Participants are responsible for booking their own flights and accommodation. 
Business Sweden will provide recommendation on accommodation and arrival/ departure times.

Participation fee (SEK, excl. VAT)

Note:

For SMEs kindly note that Business Sweden uses the EU definition of SMEs, where a firm that is part of a larger group may need to include staff headcount/turnover/balance sheet data from parent companies.

Any extra activities or services besides the above will be charged separately, based on scope (how many hours needed by Business Sweden consultants) at a discounted rate of 2000 SEK / hour (regular 3000 SEK).

*Export Validation includes extended support from Business Sweden to guide SMEs in making informed international expansion decisions by validating the Nigerian market.
