Join the Embassy of Sweden, the Swedish Energy Agency, Business Sweden, Sustainable Heating and Cooling by Sweden and Regulatory Assistance Project/Clean Heat Forum for an energy conference during London Climate Action Week. Engage with industry leaders and key decisionmakers as we explore the strategic policy pathways, catalytic market enablers, and leading international practices that can advance clean‑heating solutions at scale, in the UK and across international markets.
WHAT TO EXPECT
The half‑day conference is designed to convene senior leaders from the energy sector, the real estate industry, heat pump manufacturers, solution providers, British and Swedish governmental and departmental bodies, as well as key industry associations. Expect deep market and policy insights from senior executives and decision‑makers, high‑value networking opportunities and cross‑border collaborations between British and Swedish stakeholders.
PARTICIPATION
For attendees representing UK organisations, attendance is free of charge.
For attendees representing Swedish companies, we request the following contributions:
- Small-medium companies*: SEK 7,500 excl VAT
- Large companies: SEK 15,000 excl VAT
- *For SMEs, kindly note that Business Sweden uses the EU definition of SMEs, where a firm that is part of a larger group may need to include staff headcount / turnover / balance sheet data from parent companies. Further details can be found here: SME definition - European Commission

THE FINE PRINT
Please note that the participation fee covers various aspects such as event management, promotional activities and technical support to ensure a successful and engaging experience for all participants.
Participation includes one (1) participant per organisation. The fee includes participation in the full programme as well as all meals outlined in the programme. Please note that the fee does not include flights, accommodation, or transfers/transportation outside the official delegation programme.
Participants are responsible for booking their own flights and accommodation. For recommendations regarding hotel reservations in London, please contact Carl-Oscar Westerlund (carl-oscar.westerlund@business-sweden.se).
Registration is binding after written confirmation from Business Sweden.
ETA REQUIREMENT FOR EU NATIONALS TRAVELLING TO THE UK
Please note that there is now a requirement for EU Nationals to obtain an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) when travelling to the UK. The application must be submitted via ETA app or via an online form (here). ETA applications can take up to 3 working days to be processed, therefore individuals and businesses will need to account for this additional step.
