EU–Mercosur Roadshow in Sweden

The EU–Mercosur Trade Agreement is set to reshape global trade. This exclusive roadshow offers a unique opportunity to hear directly from H.E. Karin Wallensteen, Ambassador of Sweden to Brazil, alongside Andreas Rentner, Trade Commissioner to Brazil, and Jesper Bernhardsson, Trade Commissioner to Argentina, Paraguay and Uruguay, as they visit selected locations across Sweden. Additional speakers will be announced shortly.

Please note that seats are limited but we have some availability upon request.

The EU–Mercosur Trade Agreement will create one of the world's largest free trade areas, connecting more than 700 million consumers and unlocking substantial new business opportunities. What will this mean for your company, and how can you position your business to benefit from these emerging opportunities?

Join Business Sweden this September as we travel across Sweden to share market insights and practical guidance on how we can support your company in the Mercosur region, from market entry and establishment to expansion and long-term growth.

Why attend?

The agreement will gradually remove tariffs on more than 90% of traded goods, reduce non-tariff barriers, and facilitate access to key markets including Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay.

This creates significant opportunities for:

 - Exporters seeking to increase sales and enter new markets across Latin America

 - Procurement and supply chain leaders looking to identify new and cost-efficient sourcing opportunities

 - Companies with manufacturing or operational footprints in Mercosur seeking to optimise regional and international value chains

 - Service providers and digital businesses benefiting from enhanced market access and improved regulatory conditions

What you will gain

 - A clear overview of the EU–Mercosur Trade Agreement and its implementation timeline

 - Practical insights into the implications for Swedish businesses

 - Perspectives on high-potential sectors, market dynamics and go-to-market strategies

 - Guidance on how to leverage the opportunities created by the agreement and position your company for long-term success

Stay ahead of one of the most significant trade developments shaping economic relations between Europe and Latin America.
