Torsboda is in the middle of beautiful Sweden, a nation with a stable political landscape and free education for all residents.Torsboda Industrial Park currently comprises 150 hectares of cleared and zoned land (dark grey zone on map), with an additional 350 hectares under development (light grey zone on map). The new logistics park in Sundsvall offers up-to-date solutions for large-scale industry, facilitating all kinds of transportation and intermodal solutions. The Delta Terminal in Timrå and Härnösands Hamn in Härnösand are modern combine terminals with different conditions. The railway passes by the site, with the nearest connection at Delta Terminal, two kilometers away. Sundsvall Timrå Airport just five kilometers from the site secures fast access to the world via Arlanda Airport in Stockholm, reaching Berlin, Brussels and Paris in just over two hours.
