Our expertise covers multi-physics simulation of composite structures, additive manufacturing processes, and metal phase transformations. Through customized tools and digital twins, Aerobase helps industrial and research partners design, predict, and optimize materials and processes with greater precision, efficiency, and sustainability.

By contributing to Horizon Europe projects such as RESTORE, ALABAMA, FlexCrash, GEAR-UP, CiSMA, and UPBEAT, we have built a strong track record in translating advanced modeling into industrial impact. Our work bridges scientific understanding and engineering practice, supporting sectors such as aerospace, energy, automotive, and defense in accelerating innovation and reducing development risks.

As industries pursue lighter structures, more resource-efficient materials, and predictive capabilities for complex manufacturing processes, Aerobase seeks new collaborations that push the frontiers of digital engineering. We are particularly interested in partnering with Canadian organizations to co-develop pilot applications, validate digital twin technologies, and advance next-generation manufacturing solutions through joint research and innovation.
