Massive Dynamic Sweden (MDS) develops advanced digital solutions that transform how organisations train, adapt, and make decisions in complex environments. Its flagship platform, KIOKU, applies scenario-based learning (SBL) to simulate real-world situations in cybersecurity and crisis management. By combining research-driven design with cutting-edge technology, MDS creates dynamic learning experiences that strengthen both individual competence and collective preparedness.

Building on several EU-funded innovation projects — including NERO and ESCORT, focusing on cybersecurity and crisis management respectively — MDS unites scientific insight with practical implementation to enhance human and organisational performance under pressure. Its mission is to bridge the gap between research, technology, and real-world challenges, contributing to more resilient and adaptive societies.

As global demands for digital security and rapid knowledge transfer continue to rise, we are keen to explore collaborations that address these needs. MDS is particularly interested in engaging with partners in cybersecurity, emergency management, and healthcare to test KIOKU in new contexts and co-develop solutions that advance preparedness and shared learning capabilities.
