Bright Materia refines waste biomass into high-value materials, using a proprietary process that preserves the natural polymer structure and purity. Our core innovation is an ultra-pure lignin with bright color, no odor and exceptional commercial traits. By elevating a resource that has long been overlooked, we open an entirely new market for advanced material applications - replacing fossil-based inputs largely produced in Asia, with scalable, circular alternatives made close to where they are needed.

Our process is industrially scalable and fully circular, using green solvents and delivering consistent quality. For forestry partners and companies in batteries, chemicals, and beauty, this strengthens resilience in raw-material supply while significantly lower carbon footprints.

To advance this shift toward circular and fossil-free materials, Bright Materia seeks to explore new partnerships and cross-sector collaborations that connect biomass sources, our process innovation and industrial applications. Areas of joint exploration include testing and developing new biobased products, scaling the process and validating emerging high-value applications such as Hard Carbon battery anodes and replacing harmful UV-filters in beauty and industry. The company welcomes partnerships that bring together research, technology development, and market implementation, from larger pilot studies to industrial-scale demonstration projects.
