Darja Isaksson is Director General of Vinnova, Sweden’s innovation agency. She leads national efforts to strengthen Sweden’s innovation capacity through strategic investments and cross-sector collaboration. A former entrepreneur, she worked with clients such as Husqvarna, Ericsson and IKEA. She has advised the Swedish Prime Minister’s Innovation Council, national research institutes, and the European Commission. Her work focuses on advancing systems innovation that integrates technology, policy, and societal change to enhance sustainability and competitiveness.

Ovzon AB
Ovzon is a global provider of resilient SATCOM solutions purpose-built for critical missions in contested environments. Since joining Ovzon in 2008, Martin has been a principal contributor to the company’s satellite system architecture and technology development efforts. In his early role as a Systems Engineer, he contributed to the design of Ovzon’s mobile satellite terminals. As Space Systems Manager, Martin has led the development of the Ovzon On-Board Processor (OBP) — a software-defined digital payload engineered to meet the operational requirements of users in the defense sector. The OBP is integrated on-board Ovzon’s first satellite, Ovzon 3, successfully launched on January 3, 2024.

Patrick joined Tulmar as President and Chief Operating Officer in 2019. Before joining Tulmar, he spent over 20 years as an executive with a Fortune 500 technology company, where he held senior leadership roles in sales, delivery operations, and professional services across international assignments. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Laurentian University and is an accredited Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. He is also a Fellow of Quantum Shift and was recognized by KPMG in 2019 as one of Canada’s Top Entrepreneurs through their Quantum Shift Program.

Per Ljungberg Panelist

Ericsson
Per Ljungberg is Director, CTO office at Ericsson, Sweden.
He joined Ericsson in 1990 and has worked with software development and systems architecture for mobile systems (GSM/UMTS/LTE/5G) in R&D positions in Stockholm and at Ericsson Eurolab in Aachen, Germany.
Per’s leads the technology evolution at Ericsson for mission critical 5G networks for industry and government. Current focus is on resilient networks and cybersecurity for defense operations. He has been a subject matter expert to NATO Science and Technology study on 5G and contributed to NATO’s interoperability at CWIX.
Per holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Linköping, Sweden.
