Molly is an innovation leader and project manager at RISE, focused on strengthening the innovation capacity of small and medium-sized enterprises. She works at the intersection of technology, organisation, and business development, leading initiatives that advance companies’ abilities to innovate and grow.

Her work includes developing and applying methods for systematic innovation, building capability for structured innovation management, and facilitating collaborations between industry and the research community. She also supports companies in driving international growth and accessing national and European funding for innovation and development.

Susanne Nylén supports companies in their journey of growth and renewal through innovation and change.

At RISE, she facilitates development processes that help industrial and regional actors strengthen their capacity for innovation, digitalisation and sustainable transformation.

She works with companies that are expanding to international markets, guiding them in building capability, networks and strategies for long-term success.

Susanne leads Sweden’s participation in the Sweden–Brazil Innovation Partnership and contributes to new initiatives with Canada, connecting people and knowledge to build a more resilient and competitive future.
