Video recording - Road to COP28. Accelerating NYC's Net Zero Journey

During Climate Week NYC, on September 19th, multi-national representatives from business, politics, academia, public and private sector, and civil society came together to present existing, science based solutions needed to achieve the Paris Agreement and bridge implementation gaps in both the global north and south.

The event was organized by Business Sweden and highlighted the significance of cities, which account for more than 70 per cent of global greenhouse gases. It will clarify opportunities and necessary actions, using New York City's net-zero target as a guiding example for global climate action.

Watch the video from this high-level meeting and get a glimpse of what life in New York City could be like in 2050, and how we can pave new ways forward to realise climate commitments and accelerate climate solutions exponentially.
