- Identify potential challenges and barriers to implementing food tech innovations
- Draw on innovative solutions and technologies along the food supply chain and showcase added value and benefits
- Present examples of collaborative initiatives leading to successful technology adoption/innovation acceleration across the food value chain
- Evaluate role of start-up ecosystems, incubators, and accelerators in creating a dynamic environment for driving food system change
