As the world grapples with the dire consequences of climate change, the imperative for transitioning to clean energy sources has become increasingly apparent. This presentation delves into the critical reasons why the adoption of clean energy is not just an option but an urgent necessity for the planet's sustainable future. Additionally, it will provide a global outlook and stocktake over the diverse conditions and challenges faced by different regions worldwide in the ongoing energy transition.  

Renewable Energy Potential: There is great potential in adopting renewable energy production around the world, but the countries and regions around the world are at a very different stages of having the infrastructure to support it.  

Regional Disparities and Challenges: Recognizing the distinct challenges faced by different regions in the transition to clean energy, the presentation explores the geographical, political, and socio-economic factors that influence the adoption of renewable energy technologies. It highlights the unique opportunities and obstacles in regions such as North America, Europe, Asia, Africa, and Latin America, underscoring the importance of tailored strategies and policies to promote sustainable energy practices.
