Flexible thermal generation is key to expanding renewables and ensuring system resilience. Ethanol-fueled gas turbines show strong potential for Brazil’s energy market. 

The summit will convene stakeholders from business, academia, and the public sector to define measurable clean energy frameworks, strengthen grid literacy and capacity, and advance stable policy with sound regulatory reforms. The program will feature best practices and real-world cases discussed in a panel format by executives from leading Swedish companies and enablers – including EKN, SIDA, AFRY, Ingrid Capacity, SSAB, E.ON , Minesto, SKF, EQT, Flower and Scania. 

With the transformation of our energy systems, the resilience of supply chains supporting grid infrastructure is under growing pressure. 

Bi-directional charging can play a role in enhancing grid stability, supporting renewable energy integration, and increasing overall system flexibility. 

Join the International Climate Councils Network for the launch of a new report produced by its Mitigation Working Group, which is currently focused on Food, Land and Agriculture. In this event, climate councils share best-practice examples of policy interventions that transform our food, land and agriculture sector so that it contributes to emissions reduction and is more resilient to climate impacts.
