About Bar Convent Berlin

The Bar Convent Berlin is the largest trade fair for the bar and beverage industry. Around 12.000 bar owners, bartenders, distributors and manufacturers from almost 90 countries come to the BCB in Berlin every year to make new contacts and expand their business networks, explore product innovations for their portfolios and receive further training in seminars. After a successful first year at Bar Convent Berlin in 2023, Try Swedish is happy to arrange a Swedish pavilion and once again allow the Swedish beverage industry to be presented on an international stage at Bar Convent 2024 14-16 October! 

The pavilion consists of the Try Swedish Bar, which gathers several Swedish beverage producers and brands in the same bar to represent themselves and Swedish beverage industry at the international industry fair. Exhibiting at Bar Convent gives you the opportunity to: 

• do business and gain leads on an international level
• expose and promote your brand and products to a global industry audience
• get inspired by current industry trends and innovations

Try Swedish organize, coordinate and conduct the presence of the Try Swedish Bar and its brands at Bar Convent Berlin 2024. This year, we offer our exhibitors two different exhibitor options to serve all kinds of companies and needs in our pavilion: 

1. One fixed bar spot in a bar or
2. One fixed standing table spot

You choose which option suits your company the best (upon availability). Please read more about the different options, see pictures of the stand design and what is included under the "the Try Swedish Bar" tab and the "Pricing" tab. 

Register your interest
Participation in the Try Swedish Bar, and its different exhibition options (bar spot or standing table spot) will be granted on a first come, first served basis. Upon registration, Business Sweden will send an agreement for signing to confirm final participation at Bar Convent Berlin. Please submit your application to exhibit using the ticket system below. One registration per company. The deadline for submitting your registration is Friday 17 May at 23.59 or until sold out.
