To exhibit in the Try Swedish Bar at Bar Convent Berlin, Business Sweden will charge an exhibitor participation fee. This fee helps to support the cost of the Try Swedish Bar and presence at the fair.
Our Try Swedish Bar at Bar Convent Berlin 2023 is designed to highlight Swedish beverage brands in the SME category. As part of Business Sweden's government assignment, small and medium-sized are paying a subsidized fee on the exhibitor participation fees. For these SME:s, taking part in Bar Convent Berlin 2024 including taking part in the Try Swedish Bar, the pricing is:
- Bar spot (fixed bar spot for you brand for all three days) SEK 60 000 ex VAT
- or Standing Table spot (fixed standing table for your brand for all three days) SEK 45 000 ex VAT
Participation fee will be invoiced upon approval of participation.
As an exhibitor in the Try Swedish Bar, the following is included:
fixed bar spot OR a a fixed standing table spot - depending on the choice of the registered exhibitor
shared space incl. cleaning, electricity, water and waste management in the Try Swedish Bar stand
exhibitor tickets for 2 representatives from your company for all three days
access to shared fridges, shared storage, meeting and mingling area
company name and logo in the stand
design and assembly/disassembly of the Try Swedish Bar stand
marketing package: Logo, company and product description and contact details (incl. social media) in exhibitor list and show guide online at Bar Convents website
all events held in or in relation to the Try Swedish Bar stand
plastic glasses to serve drinks and tastings in
support and assistance from Business Sweden's staff before and on site during the fair
