Practical Information
Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel and accommodation.
We recommend booking at the official venue partner hotel, such as Radisson Blu Sobieski, where networking activities will also take place.
Registration & Next Steps
After submitting the registration form:
- Your application will be reviewed by the organizers
- A participation agreement will be sent via Scrive for signature
- Upon signing, an invoice will be issued
- You will be onboarded to the delegation process, including:
- practical briefings
- matchmaking preparation
- access to networking and program updates
