The fine print
The price is excl. VAT and calculated based on 12 participating companies. SME companies and public actors are eligible for a 50% subsidy. Large companies are not eligible to receive a subsidized price
If the number of participating companies changes, we reserve the right to offer participation at a different price. Should this result in a higher price than the one quoted, you have the right to cancel your participation
Participation includes maximum two people per organisation. Please register each participant individually
Participants are responsible for their own travel-related reservations and fees, such as flights, hotel, transfers, and meals outside of the delegation programme
