Viktor Friberg is currently overseeing Alfa Laval’s business operations across South East Asia and Oceania. With a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lund University, Viktor brings deep technical expertise and strategic leadership to the region. Before joining Alfa Laval in 2018, Viktor had a distinguished international career at DNV, a global organization providing technical and digital solutions across the energy and maritime industries. 

At Alfa Laval, he initially led the Ballast Water Sales organization, and more recently headed the Marine Separation & Fuel Supply System Business globally, driving sustainable innovation and performance in critical marine technologies.

As the Regional CEO for Asia Pacific at Candela, Björn is spearheading the company’s expansion across the dynamic region and driving the adoption of electric hydrofoiling boats and ferries. With extensive experience in technology, automotive, and finance, he has a strong track record of leading market expansion and business transformation.

He has held senior executive leadership roles across Europe and Asia with blue chip companies such as BMW as well as with start-ups, driving innovation and strategic growth.

At Candela, Björn is focused on accelerating the shift to sustainable waterborne mobility, working with governments, hospitality leaders, and maritime operators to introduce zero-emission transport solutions to markets in Asia-Pacific.

Alexis Richard is General Manager of Electrolux Thailand and International Markets. He joined Electrolux in May 2024 and now leads the company’s growth and transformation agenda, driving customer value, digital innovation, and sustainable solutions across diverse markets.

With more than 18 years of international leadership experience, Alexis has held senior roles at both Electrolux and Michelin. Before joining Electrolux, he served as Micheline's Managing Director Vietnam and Vice President of Regional Marketing for East Asia and Oceania.

He holds an MBA from ESSEC Business School and a Master’s degree in Private Law from Pantheon-Assas University, France. Passionate about innovation and sustainability, Alexis has consistently advanced strategies that integrate energy-efficient solutions, digitalization, and inclusive leadership, building strong teams and shaping long-term, sustainable growth. Shape living for the better.

Bringing 12 years of experience with IKEA, including the past 3 years in Thailand, Marina lead the development and execution of sustainability strategies in Thailand market.


Ms. Ratanasiri Tilokskulchai

Managing Director

Tetra Pak Thailand


As the Managing Director, Ratanasiri Tilokskulchai is responsible for Tetra Pak’s business operations in Thailand and Myanmar, Cambodia and Laos. She previously worked as the Cluster Marketing Services Director of Tetra Pak Asia Pacific, and was responsible for Marketing Services, Category Management and New Product Development activities in the whole of Asia Pacific, covering 24 countries in the Greater China area and for South Asia, East Asia & Oceania.

Ratanasiri has an extensive sales and marketing experience from her previous postings with Tetra Pak group. She joined the company in 2010 and has held management positions including Cluster Marketing Services Director, Key Account Director, Marketing Director and Marketing Manager. As a consumer-focused marketer, she has more than 15 years of experience with global leaders in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) and packaging industries such as Kimberly-Clark, Sara Lee and MeadWestvaco, both in Thailand and in North America.

Ratanasiri holds an MBA from University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a bachelor’s degree from Thammasat University.
