Chris Bruce
Chief Operating Officer, Saab UK
Chris Bruce was appointed Chief Operating Officer of Saab UK in June 2025. He is responsible for managing Program Management, Supply Chain, IT, Security, Facilities, Risk, Health & Safety, Sustainability and Mergers and Acquisitions. Chris deputies for the Group Managing Director and interims as Divisional Managing Director or Functional Director (Currently HR) during gaps in tenure.
Chris has previously worked for Babcock, BAE Systems, Northrop Grumman, and as an independent consultant in roles covering Strategy, Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial, Program Management, Business Unit Director and IT.
Chris has an MBA from Kingston University and attended the Towards World Class Manufacturing year long course at Cranfield University. Chris is an accredited Program Manager through PMI, and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply and Advisory board member for Make UK Defence.
In his spare time Chris chairs the South of England branch of the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply, providing career support to schools and colleges and hosting events and webinars. He enjoys live music, classic cars and spending time with his family.

Martin Moore
Chief Strategy Officer, Saab UK
Martin Moore is the Chief Strategy Officer at Saab UK, having joined the company in April 2025. Prior to this, Martin had a long and distinguished career in the Royal Navy, where he held a number of command, staff and diplomatic posts – most recently as the UK Defence Attaché to the Kingdom of Sweden. Throughout his career, Martin has been involved in operations and defence engagement from Antarctica to Russia and Peru to Borneo.
