Ted is a recognised leader in the energy and resources sectors. He is currently a Vice President at Global Public Affairs, Canada's largest privately held Government Relations and communications consulting firm. He  joined Global after a successful career with Ontario Power Generation where he rose to become vice-president, Corporate Relations and Communications. In this role he led teams responsible for community, government and indigenous relations, media and advertising. He also managed community relations during construction of the Portlands Energy Centre in Toronto and held senior roles at the Ministry of Energy and Independent Electricity System Operator. Since joining Global he has worked with clients in the renewable energy, nuclear, hydroelectric, hydrogen, oil and gas, mining and transportation sectors. He sits on the Board of the Swedish Canadian Chamber of Commerce and the Energy Council of Canada. He is a frequent speaker and moderator on energy, political and trade issues.

She is the 2023 winner of Charge Energy’s rising star in Energy Branding award having re-branded Canada’s oldest trade association.
