Q: Who should participate?
A: The programme is designed for Swedish scale-ups, SMEs, investors, corporates, and tech leaders looking to connect with the Silicon Valley ecosystem and explore partnerships, funding opportunities, and market expansion
Q: Do I need to book my own travel and accommodation?
A: Yes, participants are responsible for arranging and covering their own travel, accommodation, and related logistics (e.g. flights, hotels)
Q: What days and time should I arrive to SF?
A: Arrive in San Francisco on Sunday, 4 October to be ready for the programme kickoff on Monday morning and depart on Friday 8 October to ensure that you have time to participate in all the Thursday activities.
Q: Do I need a Visa to enter the US?
A: Most Swedish (and other Visa Waiver Program country) nationals do not need a traditional visa for short business visits. They can travel under the Visa Waiver Program (VWP) with an approved ESTA for stays of up to 90 days.
Q: What is ESTA and who should apply for it?
A: ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorization) is a mandatory online pre‑screening for VWP travelers.

- Valid for 2 years or until the passport expires.
- Allows multiple entries.

A: Yes. You should receive a confirmation email within 1–2 days of registering. If you have not received an email, please check your junk mail folder. If you still have not received confirmation, please contact us and we will provide the necessary information.
