	Team Sweden is a joint way of working and a collaborative platform that strengthens Sweden’s trade and investment promotion efforts. By bringing together government agencies, state-owned companies, regional actors and the private sector, Team Sweden enables a more coordinated, efficient, and business-oriented approach to international promotion.
	Welcome to Business Sweden – the Swedish Trade & Invest Council. We help Swedish companies grow global sales and international companies invest and expand in Sweden. Business Sweden is jointly owned by the Swedish state and the business sector. Our team of advisors and industry experts provide insights, strategic guidance, and hands-on support in more than 40 locations worldwide.
	The Green Transition Initiative (GTI) is a joint initiative between the Embassy of Sweden in Washington D.C., Business Sweden, the Swedish Energy Agency, and Sweden’s innovation agency Vinnova with the aim to accelerate connections, facilitate matchmaking, drive pilots or projects to increase the adoption of Swedish sustainable technologies in the U.S.
	The Consulate enhances Sweden’s presence on the west coast of the United States and thus the opportunities to conduct more active promotion of trade and of the image of Sweden, primarily in the areas of green transition and new emerging technologies. It also improves the possibilities to provide consular support to Swedish citizens.
	Vinnova is Sweden’s national innovation agency. It works to strengthen the country’s innovation capacity by funding research, development, and collaboration between companies, academia, and the public sector. Its goal is to support sustainable growth and enhance Sweden’s global competitiveness.
