The world’s 500 million small-hold farms produce one-third of our global food and employ up to two billion people, making them crucial stakeholders in food production systems. Small-hold farmers can be Impact Generators. But they lack access to innovative technologies to adapt to climate resilient farming. What is the innovative eco-system available to small-hold farmers? What are the gaps to bridge between innovation and food producers? Who are the impact enablers and how fast should impact enablers act and help small-hold farmers to transform to a resilient food production system at scale?
