High-level business delegation to Argentina and Brazil

In light of the prolonged process surrounding the provisional approval of the EU-Mercosur trade agreement, Minister Dousa has chosen to cancel the planned trip with the business delegation to Argentina and Brazil.

TWO GIANTS OF MERCOSUR 

The delegation will take place at a timely moment following the recently concluded (yet to be ratified) EU-Mercosur trade agreement – a true gamechanger for Swedish exports of products and services to the Mercosur bloc (Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay and Brazil). 

This visit to Buenos Aires and São Paulo is open to all companies that has an interest in the Mercosur markets, with extra focus on Argentina and Brazil, the two giants of the Mercosur bloc and in the region.

- Sustainable mining and critical minerals   

- Mobility systems and automotive supply chain 

- Advanced manufacturing and industrial machinery 

- Agricultural technology and food systems

- Retail and fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG)    

Participation fee 

The participation fee covers programme activities, local transportation, and selected meals for the 4-day programme in Buenos Aires and São Paulo. However, airfare, accommodation, and airport transfers are not included.

*Per EU definition, an SME is qualified as having <250 employees and <50M EUR turnover.
