FAQS
Q: Do I need to book my own flights to Argentina and Brazil from Sweden?
A: Yes. Participants will be responsible for their own accommodation and transportation arrangements, including flights and associated costs.
Q: Which days should I book my hotel for each city?
A: We recommend arranging accommodation in Buenos Aires for at least 2 nights (1-3 March), and 3 nights (3-5 March) for São Paulo. Timings in the programme are also subject to potential change.
Q: What is the dress code for the delegation?
A: Consider business formal and business casual attire. Specific dress code will be advised closer to the delegation. Consider high temperatures and humidity for Buenos Aires and Sao Paulo.
Q: Is it allowed to post about the delegation on social media in advance?
A: No. Due to security reasons, no external communication, including on social media, may be shared prior to the start of the delegation.
Q: Will pictures be taken during the delegation?
A: Yes. Photos and videos will be taken throughout the delegation and will be shared with participants afterwards. Selected media may be published by the organisers.
