Accommodation and transportation

Please note that participants will be responsible for their own accommodation and transportation arrangements and associated costs. For participants travelling to Stockholm, a recommended hotel close to the venue is Hilton Stockholm Slussen where we have negotiated and reserved a preferrential rate. This will hotel is also preliminarily planned to be a meeting point for transportation to (and from) site visits. If you're arriving in Stockholm via Arlanda Airport, the Arlanda Express offers a fast and convenient train connection directly to Stockholm Central Station (T-Centralen).

Once in the city, public transportation is widely accessible and includes the metro (Tunnelbana), buses, trams, and ferries, depending on your destination. Tickets can be purchased at physical ticket counters, through the SL App, or by tapping your contactless credit/debit card or mobil device on the card readers on board or at station entrances.

For travel by car, services like Taxi Stockholm, Uber, and Bolt are readily available and commonly used.

Please note that, due to security reasons, no external communication, including on social media, may be shared prior to the start of the delegation.

Confidentiality and adherence to Chatham House rules are expected of all attendees, however, participants are advised to exercise caution when sharing sensitive or strategic information during the summit.

Photo and video

Photos and videos will be taken throughout the event and will be shared with participants afterwards. Selected media may be published by the organisers.

Wireless internet access will be available throughout the venue premises.
