1. 'Decarbonisation of the Energy Matrix' Roundtable (Invite-Only): This session will centre on discussing Swedish-Polish supply chain development and optimisation to accelerate the transition to clean energy, identify opportunities for direct collaboration in capacity building and knowledge transfer, as well as explore topics such as grid resilience, nuclear energy and sustainable cooling and heating.
2. 'Sustainable Infrastructure' Roundtable (Invite-Only): This session will explore how today's infrastructure choices shape our future and discussions will focus on sharing best practices as well as opportunities and challenges in delivering secure, efficient infrastructure with value-driven procurement and construction, and identify complementary strengths and opportunities for joint innovation, scalable solutions, and policy alignment to enhance EU-wide infrastructure impact.
3. 'Digitalisation as an Enabler' Roundtable (Invite-Only): This session will review how Sweden and Poland can collaborate to enhance cybersecurity, digital resilience and innovation competitiveness by investing in AI infrastructure, cloud sovereignty and workplace digitalisation, while leveraging EU AI initiatives to accelerate value creation and scale digital transformation.
4. Defence Industry Workshop (Invite-Only): After a moderated lunch discussion, delegates participating in the invite-only lunch will continue discussions into the afternoon.
5. Sweden and Poland - Macroeconomic Trends and Trade (Open): A presentation on the main stage will explore macroeconomic developments in, and trade relations between, Sweden and Poland. This insightful session is open to all participants and complements the closed sessions, taking place from 14:15 to 16:00. The presentation will be held by Georg Marthin, Senior Analyst at Business Sweden, together with Bogdan Zawadewicz , Head of Geopolitical Risk Analysis at Polish Development Bank BGK
