Weather
The weather in Osaka/Tokyo in October tends to be cooler with ~20-25 degrees during the day, however it gets chilly and drops to ~15-20 in the evenings.
Business Cards
Japan has a very strong business card culture, and there will be plenty of opportunities to exchange them during this delegation. A general rule is to always bring more business cards than you think you will need.
Photo and Video
Photos and videos will be taken throughout the event and will be shared with participants afterwards. Selected media may be published by the organizers.
Luggage
Large bags, rolling luggage, etc. are not allowed into the expo site. Backpacks, shoulder bags are permitted. Storage options at the Expo entrances are limited and costly, so if possible, bring only what you need on the day and arrange to keep other belongings e.g. at your hotel.
