A: チケットはこちらの方で発行し、事前にお送りする予定ですので不要でございます。
No, it is not necessary. We will issue the tickets on our side and send them to you in advance.
Q: VIPパスはいつ受け取れますか？
When will we receive the VIP passes?
A: イベントの~4日前に発行いたしますので、メールの受信箱をご確認ください。ご入場の際は、VIP専用入口にてご提示いただけるよう、必ず印刷してお持ちください。
We will issue them to you ~4 days before the event, please check your inbox. You will need to print them and use it to enter the VIP entrance of the Expo.
Q: 服装の指定はありますか？
What is the dress code?
A: ビジネスフォーマルでお願いいたします。男性の場合はネクタイ着用、女性の場合もそれに相当する服装をお願い申し上げます。
Business formal attire is requested. Including tie for men and equivalent for women.
Q: もし参加できない場合はどうすればよいですか？
What if I am unable to attend?
A: ご参加いただけない場合は、本イベントページを貴組織内で最も関連性の高い1～2名のご担当者様に転送いただき、イベントにお申し込みいただけますようお願いいたします。
